Add additional users to your account

How to add colleagues and additional users to your QR Squared account

  • Navigate to the My settings menu via the settings cog in the bottom left of any page

  • Click on the team members section, then click on the blue + icon

  • Enter the first part of their email address in the Email box

  • In the Role box, select their permissions level from the dropdown

    • Administrator: can do everything across the site, including managing other users

    • Editor: can create, edit and delete content across the site but cannot manage users

    • Analyst: can only view content across the site

  • Click on the Invite button

  • The user will now receive an email invitation to join the account

You can only invite colleagues from a listed domain on your account. The primary email domain will be from the email address you used to create your QR Squared account and you control the domains associated with your account. Head over to My Settings, and then the Domains tab. You can add domains here via the blue + icon button, and you can delete domains from here too. For example, you may want to invite a designer to build you some landing pages, so you would add the domain (e.g. cooldesigns.com) so that you can then invite [email protected]
